As a Product Manager, you’ll help define and launch groundbreaking software products that enable innovation in fields like autonomous vehicles, healthcare and defense systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and RTI’s customer-facing teams to understand market needs and prioritize them based on their business and strategic impact.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, the CTO, and internal Steering Committees to create and update product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Ensure product investments align with company objectives, vertical market strategies, and profitability goals.
  • Partner with product marketing to drive successful launches, contributing to content creation and product evangelism.
  • Provide essential support to Sales and Services teams, empowering them with insights, tools, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in a B2B technical software, product, or program management role building platform/ecosystem products such as middleware, infrastructure software or networking products.
  • Strong product sense, customer empathy, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Software development or adjacent technical experience.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, learning mindset with excellent time management.
  • Owner/founder mindset: bring an entrepreneurial spirit, balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail.

The compensation range for this role is $120k - $160k a year in Sunnyvale, California. The salary range displayed on this job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that this range reflects the base salary target range only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
