Responsibilities:

  • Review and diagnose issues; take corrective action which may include coordinating with appropriate peer teams and escalating where necessary.
  • End user support of Linux, Windows, and MacOS endpoints.
  • Administer, manage, configure and support enterprise applications.
  • Manages tasks and projects driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
  • Manage centralized administration of end-user devices and relevant services (i.e. Antivirus, OS Deployment, software installation, group policies, inventory, patching and routine maintenance).
  • Coordinate problem resolution with vendors. Maintain communications with vendors during the problem resolution process. 
  • Provide support and maintain audio/video/VoiP equipment in conference rooms and meeting areas onsite/offsite.
  • Assist with all IT related onboarding / offboarding process of all employees including accounts, laptop setup, software, mobile, licensing; working proactively with HR.
  • Maintain hardware and software asset inventory and organization for end user devices, IT supplies, cabling, server rooms.
  • Participate in user/equipment moves, repair/maintenance/support of IT hardware/software and applications.
  • Ensure timely communications and resolution of end user issues and handling of service desk tickets.
  • Create project plans, document internal procedures and processes.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in supporting and deploying Windows, Mac and Linux systems
  • 2-4 years of experience with Mobile Device Management(MDM) tools - Preferably Mosyle or Workspace One
  • 2-4 years of experience with business applications (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Okta)
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting Active Directory, LAN/WAN access, A/V setups for conference rooms(preferably Neat bars)

The compensation range for this role is $55k - $65k a year in Denver, Colorado. The salary range displayed on this job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that this range reflects the base salary target range only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
