Responsibilities:

This is a varied business-facing role, with the following responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration: Utilize your expertise in Salesforce to manage, configure, and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, data modeling, security, automation, and the creation and upkeep of customized reports and dashboards. Must be proficient with all Salesforce automation tools, including Workflow Rules, Process Builder and Flow Builder. Flow Builder expertise required and Flow Migration experience highly preferred.
  • Solution Design Through Delivery: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and sustainable solutions that address business needs, ensuring functionality, performance, and ease of maintenance. Lead and contribute to Salesforce projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Integration Expertise: Leverage your knowledge and experience to integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems, facilitating data flow and process efficiency across the organization. Previous experience integrating Salesforce with other systems required.
  • Data Architecture and Management: Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity, quality, and accessibility while optimizing data storage and performance.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce Salesforce security best practices, ensuring data privacy and protection in accordance with relevant compliance standards and change control.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and automation within Salesforce, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall productivity.
  • Business Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, etc. to understand their requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and guide them in making informed decisions that align with best practices.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and serve as the technical escalation, fostering a culture of shared success.
  • User Training, Documentation, and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they effectively leverage Salesforce features and capabilities. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training material of Salesforce configuration, processes, and best practices. Monitor, detect, respond, and resolve issues and complete requests. 

Requirements:

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 8+ years of Salesforce administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and other Salesforce products.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal; reliable, responsive, and transparent communication is critical for this role
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels to design and implement scalable, best practice solutions
  • Experience with change management and governance
  • Fluency in both Salesforce Lightning and Classic UI environments
  • Proven project leader with strong time and project management skills to meet deadlines on projects that include multiple review points and iterations
  • Intense curiosity and a sincere interest in learning new technologies, platforms, and business processes
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements and customer service

  • Salesforce certifications
  • Previously implemented a CPQ system, CLM application, and/or ERP integration
  • Experience with Salesforce Pardot, Experience Cloud, and/or Mobile application
