We are seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to manage Marketing events throughout the North American and APAC territories, including but not limited to: tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, webinars, users groups, sponsorships and more. This candidate will ensure that marketing strategies are properly developed and executed to successfully promote the RTI brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate RTI’s North American and APAC events (virtual and physical) including but not limited to: tradeshows, users groups, seminars, webinars, sponsorships and speaking presentations
  • Work with team members to coordinate pre-event, event and post-event marketing activities and communications
  • Manage and track North American and APAC event activities including Marketing calendars, web updates, abstract submission, speaking opportunities and panels
  • Develop event forms and processes as needed to make event execution more streamlined and effective
  • Coordinate onsite event logistics, including: booth staffing, staff registrations and lead gathering
  • Communicate event details to key stakeholders and local Sales account teams as necessary
  • Manage event, collateral and merchandise shipping logistics
  • Coordinate with vendors to order and facilitate printing and/or production of collateral, event graphics, booth properties, displays and merchandise
  • Help manage lead reporting process including timely lead uploading and tracking in SalesForce as well as campaign creation, entering leads, completing leads information, and monitoring event registrations
  • Monitor and assist with maintaining the Marketing budget by tracking expenditures for all events and webinars
  • Approach event reporting with a data-driven mindset including the tracking of costs, assets and resources and determining  event ROI
  • Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines with regards to graphics, messaging, branding, and facilities look and feel
  • Serve as overall support for Marketing 
  • Occasional travel to tradeshows and events
  • Knowledge of and/or proficiency with HubSpot, SalesForce, Tableau

Requirements:

  • ~2 years of previous working experience in Marketing/Corporate Events in a Corporate or Agency environment. Customer service/client-facing experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of Marketing and event management process and best practices 
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and execute multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong work ethic with flexibility to work individually or within a team
  • Experience with HubSpot marketing platform a plus including building landing pages, form workflows, emails, lists and data sanitization for list imports
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • BA/BS or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or related degree

Bonus Points:

  • Interest and experience in the Technology industry
  • Experience in marketing campaign and email marketing execution a plus
  • Basic Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere a plus
