About the Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at a product-led startup, you will be embedded in the entire product process and play a critical role in understanding – and solving for – customer problems. You will work directly with the Product, Design, Sales and Post Sales teams to enable effective communication with customers using the correct positioning and value propositions at each stage of the customer journey. It’s a unique chance to be an advocate for our current and prospective customers, acting as the ‘voice of the customer’ internally within the company.
- Become an expert on the Routable product and customer pain points in the Accounts Payable Automation space
- Own and develop positioning and value propositions for the Routable platform that is differentiated and backed by research
- Create net new collateral to support our sales team with a library of materials and aids for every stage of the sales funnel
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans and launch new features and offerings
- Create product content that is compelling and targeted for the right personas
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience
- Fintech experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, including ability to write copy
- Proven experience in building sales presentations, product collaterals and materials
- Experience training sales on new product releases and sales enablement content
- Proven cross functional collaboration skills aligning across Product, Sales, Post Sales, Design, and Marketing

Our salary range is $135,000 - $155,000 - the exact salary offer will depend on the level of experience, role alignment, etc. We also offer equity and full benefits packages for FTEs. This only applies to employees residing in the US.
