About the Team:

The Merchandising and Planning team is always on top of the latest  trends—using data, research, exceptional taste and expert analytical skills to ensure we’ve got the right product in the right places at the right time. They work closely with partners in Production, Ecommerce and Inventory Planning to forecast, plan and manage our inventory—ensuring we delight our customers with products they love. 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Temporary Merchandise Planning and Allocation Analyst. This position will be responsible for supporting both planning and allocation processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability across our multiple channels (Ecomm, Stores, Wholesale). This is a temporary position with the opportunity for extension based on business needs and performance. The role offers a unique and valuable experience in merchandise planning and retail allocation, laying a terrific foundation within a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in analyzing sales trends, historical data, and market insights to help develop merchandise plans and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product assortment needs and help develop allocation strategies
  • Help maintain and update planning and allocation systems (Toolio, Excel, Google Docs) with accurate information
  • Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to identify opportunities for markdowns, promotions, replenishment, and potential assortment adjustments
  • Aide in allocation and replenishment to both the retail fleet and wholesale partners, including setup of mins, maxes, item lists and weeks of supply to minimize stockouts and overstocks
  • Reporting: Develop, run and publish accurate reporting to cross functional teams as the single source of truth

Pay range:

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.  This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
