Qualifications

·         Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable industry experience

 

·         5+ years experience in Analyst//Architect with at least 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience

 

·         GRC

 

·         Asset Management

 

 

·         Key Metrics and Reporting

 

·         Scripting and API experience

 

 

·         Project Management

 

·         Proven experience in leading requirement workshops with business stakeholders

 

·         Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, ability to connect disparate data points to arrive at meaningful conclusions

 

·         Technical writing skills

 

·         Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

 

 

·         Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc

 

·         New implementation experience.

 

·         Ability to work with stakeholders/ people at all levels of the organization

 

·         Direct integration experience with key systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Data Dog, Carbon Black, and others

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with ITSM process owners, IT and business stakeholders, and ServiceNow Developers to gather, analyze, and document platform enhancement requirements

 

  • Create user stories that accurately and effectively communicate requirements and acceptance criteria in a manner easily digested by developers

 

  • Create other Scrum artifacts including use cases and test cases

 

  • Engage in all ServiceNow Scrum activities including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, story validation, and testing efforts, and sprint retrospectives

 

  • Facilitate communications with stakeholders during sprint cycles, particularly around testing and release dates and defect reporting

 

  • Work with the ServiceNow team to document standard operating procedures, technical/functional specifications, Scrum artifacts, and knowledge articles

 

  • Create job aids and training materials for new ServiceNow functionality

 

  • Develop needed document templates to help standardize and streamline team processes

 

  • Maintain excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and the latest ServiceNow features
