Senior iOS Developer
Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior iOS Developer to join our mobile development team at Rooms To Go. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing world-class mobile applications and a demonstrated history of successful delivery. They will work on an existing hybrid mobile app (React Native core) as the owner of the iOS version.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain innovative iOS components
- Design and implement application architecture
- Evaluate and improve application performance
- Integrate with external services and APIs
- Troubleshoot and debug existing applications
- Work with UI/UX designers to create engaging user experiences
- Collaborate with other developers and teams to ensure successful delivery
- Stay up to date with the latest iOS trends and technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of experience developing iOS applications
- Expertise in Swift (Objective-C optional).
- Experience with Xcode and the iOS SDK
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON
- Proficiency in Git and version control
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Strong sense of design, user experience, and product ownership
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
