About the role: 
ROOM Is building an eCommerce company in the B2B sales space. We’re taking the best parts of B2C eCommerce (such as simple, self-service online checkouts) and combining them with traditional B2B sales processes and tactics. In order to make this happen, we require many technical tools, systems, and infrastructure. We are looking for a CRM systems manager who can help develop our sales stack. You are not someone who is purely looking at troubleshooting bugs or error messages: This individual will help implement the technology roadmap for sales and lead the day to day operations of the CRM systems team.

 
What you’ll do:

  • Administer, troubleshoot and refine tools in our CRM stack, such as Salesforce, PandaDoc, Aircall, and Mixmax. 
  • Ensure successful adoption and identify areas for improvement within our current CRM systems and processes.
  • Streamline and automate processes to make our sales and marketing teams more efficient.
  • Manage external resources and ensure system changes are implemented using best practices 

Who you are:

  • You have at least 4-6 years experience as an administrator, developer, and/or manager within Salesforce.
  • You have experience as a people manager or team leader
  • You have experience supporting B2B sales and marketing teams in a B2B sales environment. 
  • You are curious and interested in working with new technologies. 
  • You have experience implementing and supporting 3rd party applications 
  • You are collaborative and a team player.  
  • You are excited about building a new company.
