About the Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, innovative, experienced and highly effective marketing leader to join our team as a VP of Marketing to expand our market share with a focus on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and promoting the value of ROLLER’s offering around the world.

As the VP of Marketing, you will oversee a highly effective marketing organization and play a crucial role in developing and executing an end-to-end marketing strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the marketing strategy (brand marketing, digital marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, and field / events marketing) are all aligned to efficiently and effectively connect with our ideal customer profile. You will ensure that these activities are connected to one another, as well as to the rest of the go-to-market organization, and are economically efficient.

You will provide ongoing support and guidance to your leadership team to ensure that they grow and thrive in their current roles whilst paving a way for their future goals and aspirations. You will help your team work collaboratively together as they align to the overarching Marketing and ROLLER long and short-term goals.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Support the demand generation leader and team to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Support the leader of the creative team, ensuring the development of impactful and innovative marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and creative content design across various channels.
  • Manage the brand marketing efforts to strengthen brand positioning, increase brand awareness, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Support the PMM leader and team in developing effective product positioning strategies, cross-functional go-to-market plans, field enablement programs, and customer marketing efforts to enhance customer loyalty, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and development to all direct reports and any other leaders across the business 
  • Collaborate with the COO and CFO to establish annual and quarterly marketing targets, and ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Effectively manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to achieve maximum efficiency in customer acquisition and retention.
  • Support your team in partnering with the Sales function to drive high quality and converting leads that achieve our pipeline targets and are closed by the sales organization efficiently to achieve our bookings targets.
  • Own the marketing content & thought leadership strategy to drive website traffic and ongoing customer engagement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.


About You

You are a strategic leader who enjoys taking a hands-on approach to architecting and directing marketing functions to drive rapid growth. Through your passion, tenacity, and curiosity, you bring previous experience implementing and monitoring robust and effective marketing strategies.

  • You bring 12+ years of product marketing experience ideally in a SaaS business.
  • 7+ years leading an end-to-end marketing organization, including PMM, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Brand Marketing, and Creative Functions. 
  • Experience owning and managing marketing budgets, and setting detailed operational and financial marketing targets. 
  • A self-starter with a bias for action, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering impact in fast-paced environments.
  • You are a highly motivated & results-driven leader who can create urgency and drive velocity.
  • You have a track record of being able to influence decision-making across all levels of a business without authority
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with an exceptional ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
