Customer Service Representative – Permanent - Full time

**This role is based in our Head Office in Liphook**

£19,800 pa – No weekend or evening work. Work in a supportive and friendly team where you are contributing to changing children’s lives on a daily basis.

Join our Customer Service team at the largest and fastest growing Rock School in the world. Rocksteady have been delivering progressive and inclusive music lessons for over a decade, sending passionate musicians into schools to teach primary school children how to perform music in a band. 

The Role

  • Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers
  • Resolve enquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Deliver quality and passionate customer service through multiple channels
  • Manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints where necessary
  • Inform new customers of the benefits of our music lessons
  • Navigate and record information accurately into our internal systems
  • Work within a fast paced environment

Your training will include

  • A full induction training programme that will get you up and running in the job quickly
  • How to engage in good quality conversations with customers and resolve their queries effectively
  • How to work with the internal systems and record information accurately to provide excellent customer service

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Passionate about helping our customers and your team
  • Organised with high attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to multi-task efficiently
  • Strong IT skills
