As the Advertising Sales Account Executive at Rockbot, you will be at the forefront of our DOOH advertising efforts. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue by selling Rockbot’s suite of multimedia solutions. Your role will involve working closely with internal teams, managing advertising campaigns, and providing clients with valuable insights and support.

You will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DOOH space.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Create compelling and customized sales proposals that meet client objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the DOOH industry.
  • Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Rockbot’s product offerings, particularly in the DOOH space.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and new technologies relevant to digital advertising.
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery and performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular reports and insights.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness and client ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts are accurately documented and adhere to company policies.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Assist clients with the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use Rockbot’s DOOH solutions.
  • Provide training and support to clients as needed.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Develop partnerships and alliances to expand Rockbot’s market presence.

You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, preferably within the DOOH or digital advertising space.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Understanding of DOOH technologies and platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising metrics and standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation:

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $125 to $160K, plus commission, equity, and benefits for all team members.
