About the Role:
Robinhood is seeking to hire a Business Manager to join its operations team. Reporting to the Head of Business, the Business Manager will be responsible for furthering strategic and operational initiatives at Robinhood.
As our Business Manager:
Shape strategic focus and operational approach for new business initiatives
Establish new vendor relationships and negotiate contract terms
Create operational implementation plans to support new product features
Manage process, deadlines and deliverables for key cross-functional projects
Analyze current business lines and identify new strategic opportunities
Develop and manage relationships with prospective partners
Build business models and forecast operational performance metrics
Some things we consider critical to being our Business Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Computer Science
3+ years experience in strategy and operations in the technology or financial services industry, management consulting, or product management
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
Deep knowledge of online business models and consumer technology
Resourceful, persistent and ability to thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize key initiatives and related tasks
Exceptional written and communication skills
MBA or CFA a plus
