About the Role:
Robinhood is seeking to hire a Business Associate to join its business team. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Business Associate will be responsible for furthering strategic and operational initiatives at Robinhood.
As our Business Associate, you’ll:
Analyze current business lines and identify new opportunities
Build financial and operational models to inform key decisions
Support the development of new partnerships and other cross-functional projects
Serve as an internal consultant to the business, analyzing and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
Support the development of new vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Help construct and implement new business initiatives
Some things we consider critical to being our Business Associate:
2+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, product management, or strategy and operations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or other Liberal Arts degree
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
Resourceful, persistent and ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong modeling ability, and proficiency with Excel
Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize key initiatives and related tasks
Exceptional written and communication skills
Familiarity with online business models, consumer technology, and financial services a plus
