About the team + role

Robinhood is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our CEO Office, directly supporting our CEO and reporting to the Chief of Staff, who leads the CEO Office. This role is ideal for a highly experienced professional with 7-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives, who thrives in dynamic environments and can manage high-stakes responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and initiative. You’ll play a pivotal role in providing seamless operational support to our CEO and ensure day-to-day efficiency and effective execution of Chief of Staff priorities. This is an incredible opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant to make an impact by supporting and amplifying the work of our CEO at a critical time in our growth and innovation journey. What you’ll do

  • Provide Strategic and Operational Support: Manage complex scheduling and logistics, including internal and external meetings, email triage, travel arrangements, and event coordination, ensuring the CEO’s time is maximized for impact
  • Anticipate Needs and Act Proactively: Develop a deep understanding of the CEO’s priorities and working style to anticipate needs and independently execute tasks that ensure smooth daily operations
  • Optimize Calendar and Workflow: Thoughtfully structure the CEO’s schedule to enable productivity, collaboration, and balance, coordinating with internal teams and external contacts to ensure strategic alignment
  • Liaise Across Key Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact with home office, executive protection, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes, manage communication, and facilitate seamless interactions
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Support executive and company offsites, identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance the CEO’s experience by staying ahead of potential obstacles
  • Represent the CEO Office: Handle additional tasks and projects as needed, embodying the professionalism and responsiveness expected of the CEO Office

What you bring

  • 7-10+ Years of C-Level Executive Support Experience: Extensive experience providing direct support to senior executives, ideally in a high-growth tech company known for operational excellence. Previous experience with a successful track record supporting a CEO is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and an exceptional focus on detail to manage complex schedules, projects, and competing demands
  • Ownership and Accountability: Proven track record of taking ownership of multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring tasks are executed with precision and excellence
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with an aptitude for building strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Skilled at identifying opportunities, troubleshooting issues, and taking initiative to improve processes and anticipate the CEO’s needs
  • Adaptability and Low Ego: Flexibility to manage any task—big or small—with a positive attitude and a strong sense of collaboration
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and similar collaboration tools
  • Professional Discretion and Emotional Intelligence: Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and emotional intelligence, understanding the critical nature of trust in this role

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
