About the team + role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Lifecycle/Growth Writer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and effective copy that engages our audience throughout the customer lifecycle. Your work will directly impact our growth initiatives by driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

What you’ll do

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the customer lifecycle and growth objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer journeys.
  • Copywriting: Write persuasive and engaging copy for various channels, including email campaigns, landing pages, in-app messages, social media, and more. Ensure all content is on-brand and tailored to specific audience segments.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Create and optimize content for each stage of the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. Develop messaging that resonates with customers at different touchpoints and drives conversion.
  • Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with the growth team to develop content that supports A/B testing, lead generation, and other growth experiments. Analyze results and iterate on content to improve performance.
  • SEO & Analytics: Incorporate SEO standard processes into your writing to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve critical metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, product managers, and other collaborators to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers as needed.

What you bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or a related field, preferably in a lifecycle or growth-focused role.
  • Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of customer psychology and how to craft messages that drive action. Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions that enhance the customer experience and contribute to growth objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in proofreading and ensuring accuracy in all content produced.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
