As our Head of Marketing you’ll:

  • Work closely with product design to develop a consistent brand identity
  • Work closely with data science and user research to inform marketing campaigns
  • Establish a clear voice and written communication guidelines for Robinhood
  • Collaborate with and oversee PR and communications
  • Oversee execution on a multichannel performance marketing strategy 
  • Establish granular view of CAC across a variety of channels
  • Outline a cohesive strategy across the organization for how we will communicate with customers across customer support, product copy, FAQs, email and social media
  • Determine how to grow the marketing team and hire key personnel
  • Develop and execute on a content marketing strategy
  • Develop product marketing function focused on referrals and growth

Some things we consider critical to being our Head of Marketing:

  • 4+ years working in marketing for consumer oriented companies
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing on performance marketing strategies
  • Experience assembling and managing high performance marketing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
