About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and lead the team that will manage key vendor and strategic relationships at Robinhood. The ideal candidate is passionate about establishing and growing partner relationships as well as being a key advocate for our customers and Robinhood when it comes to vendor agreements.
In this role you will:
Manage the commercial partnerships team to achieve company goals
Establish key vendor relationships and negotiate contract terms
Shape our strategic partnerships approach for new business initiatives
Develop and manage our vendor due diligence process
Work closely with team leaders to support cross-functional goals
Develop and manage relationships with prospective partners
Build business models and forecast operational performance metrics
Some things we consider critical for this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Computer Science
10+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy in the technology or financial services industry
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
Deep knowledge of online business models and consumer technology
Resourceful, persistent and ability to thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize key initiatives and related tasks
Exceptional written and communication skills

MBA, MS or other advanced degree with experience in a related field
