About the Role
We’re looking for talented, motivated and experienced engineering managers to join our engineering team and help us continue to scale as quickly as we can.
What you’ll do day to day:
Coach and mentor Robinhood’s talented engineers by giving them actionable feedback, setting clear goals, and creating sensible organizational structures
Help engineering teams have impact by building new things and improving existing ones
Develop and recruit managerial talent
Improve Robinhood’s programs and processes for project, career and organizational development
What we’re looking for:
6+ years of experience as an engineering manager
Extensive experience developing new teams and managers
Strong technical skills and a willingness to grapple with technical details
Financial experience required,
Experience with capital markets-related back office operations or clearing a plus
