About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator who will work closely with the office/administrative team to maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming office space.
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will:
Greet guests in the lobby (follow standard operating procedures for signing guests in and out)
Organize and manage packages and mail
Partner with the office manager/admin team with inventory and overall office tidiness
Manage the lost and found
Work with physical security to make sure the office is secure
Manage incoming/outgoing faxes, messages, calls
Ad hoc light administrative support: Ordering materials/meals
Some things we consider critical to being our Front Office Coordinator:
BS/BA degree not required, but preferred
1-3 years of experience in a support role
Excellent communication skills
Highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
Ability to partner with multiple teams and a variety of functions
Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs
