About the role
We’re looking for a friendly, service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator who will work closely with the office/administrative team to maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming office space.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Greeting guests in the lobby (follow standard operating procedures for signing guests in and out)
Organizing and managing packages and mail
Partnering with the office manager/admin team with inventory and overall office tidiness
Managing the lost and found
Working with the physical security team to make sure the office is secure
Managing incoming/outgoing faxes, messages, calls
Supporting ad hoc light administrative tasks
Ordering materials, meals, etc.
Some things we consider critical for this role:
1-3 years of experience in a support-type role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
Ability to partner with multiple teams and a variety of functions
Ability to lift at least 20 lbs
BS/BA degree not required, but preferred
