About the role:
As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll drive the way we connect with potential users to grow Robinhood’s active user base of investors. Leveraging your growth marketing skills (including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social, referrals, life-cycle marketing), you’ll create programs and find repeatable channels that reach and activate new users. As the right person for the job, you’ll care deeply about how to leverage marketing to build an enduring brand, be creative about developing new campaigns, and be rigorous about learning from the data you collect and the experiential campaigns you run. Most importantly, you’ll drive results and significantly grow our customer base.
At your core, you’ll be a great marketer that’s able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll immediately be responsible for running campaigns to drive company user growth. You’ll be supported by an incredible group of engineers, analysts, content strategists, performance marketers, and product innovators to reach our common goal - to help democratize the American financial system.
As the Growth Marketer, you’ll:
Build and develop a cross-channel strategy to drive sustained and growing user acquisition (both traditional and creative campaigns and channels encouraged)
Own and manage channels, and identify new channels to drive cost-efficient acquisition opportunities
Work closely with creative team to generate and test creative concepts
Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to create tools for efficient media buying, data management and dashboards
Use data driven decision making to keep ROI top of mind, and be accountable for spends
Work with product to activate newly acquired leads into lifelong traders
Some things we consider critical to being a Growth Marketer:
Minimum 3 years of relevant consumer marketing experience, preferably growing a significant mobile customer base
Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
Familiar with marketing data and data analysis
Advanced skills in Excel. Working knowledge of SQL, python preferred
