As a Securities Processing Specialist you will:
Own critical business functions such as processing corporate actions and managing symbology
Take responsibility for risk monitoring and prevention, research, and reconciliation of corporate reorganizations and cash distributions
Lead a team of talented associates and serve as a key decision maker in the Corporate Actions Department of the fastest-growing brokerage in the world
Collaborate with our world-class engineering team to improve and scale Robinhood’s internal systems, as well as your own set of proprietary tools
Communicate with support representatives to ensure customer account details and activities are in order

You have exceptional attention to detail and adherence to process
You possess strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action
You think clearly under high-pressure and ambiguous situations
You are a curious person and love to dig in, understand and resolve anomalies
You have strong quantitative skills
2 years of experience in Brokerage Operations and/or Bachelor’s in finance, business, or quantitative field
Series 7 and 63 licenses are a plus
