Summer 2026 Private Equity Internship Program:
Our Summer Analysts gain exposure to the private equity industry and Roark’s highly analytical approach to investment evaluation and value creation through extensive training, deal process experience, and ongoing mentorship. Summer Analysts collaborate with all members of the firm and have direct exposure to Managing Directors and other senior team members through the evaluation of new investments and support of our existing portfolio companies.
Key activities for Summer Analysts related to evaluating new investment opportunities include:
- Industry research
- Financial modeling including operating, leveraged buyout, and merger models
- Data analysis
- Preparation of materials for / participation in Roark’s Investment Committee
Key activities for Summer Analysts related to portfolio management, include:
- Monitoring the performance of existing portfolio companies
- Interacting with portfolio company management teams
- Evaluating potential add-on acquisitions
Summer Analysts will also have the opportunity to assist senior Roark investment professionals in developing investment strategies for new investment verticals that are consistent with Roark’s investment criteria.
