The Launch Technician will be responsible for overdelivering on the internal and external customer experience at our service locations. The ideal candidate will possess the technical acumen and the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. If you're able to think quickly on your feet, have a go-getter attitude, possess great communication skills, and have a passion for adventure, then we want you on the team. You will be working with our internal partners every day to assist with service needs and coordinate with our Service, Vehicle and Delivery Operations, and Field Service Engineer teams. This role will require a dynamic and resourceful leader with excellent oral and written communications skills, who will foster cross functional interaction and champion a culture of continuous improvement to support Service teams and customers within a Service center. To be successful in this role, you must have a customer-first approach, thrive in ambiguous and unexpected environments, tackling all challenges with a creative and flexible mindset. Experience in automotive, process standardization, continuous improvement, and managing escalations is a plus.


  • Initially helping support pre-production vehicle builds 
  • Support cross functional teams and assist with pre-production vehicle builds
  • Improve efficiency in service procedures without compromising quality and safety of the repair
  • Support campaigns, events, and containment initiatives in person across EMEA
  • Work with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
  • Provide service support to the field to support the Service organization 
  • Go above and beyond for each and every customer
  • Coach and mentor other team members
  • Continue improving processes and creating scalable repair processes for the broader team
  • Support activities in local service centers to prepare them for launch
  • Support launching in person across different markets in EMEA 


  • Automotive Technology/Technician Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of automotive experience 
  • EV/Hybrid knowledge 
  • OEM Certified Master Technician is a plus 
  • OEM Specific Technician Training is a plus
  • Management/Coaching experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Experience working in dynamic environments
  • Knowledge of EV Powertrains and HV systems
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Strong diagnostics experience
  • Strong written and communications skills
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Location remote - 60-70% traveling in short notice

  • Diplôme de technicien/technologie automobile ou expérience équivalente 
  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur automobile 
  • Connaissance des véhicules électriques/hybrides 
  • Maître technicien certifié OEM est un plus 
  • Une formation de technicien spécifique OEM est un plus
  • Expérience en gestion/encadrement est un plus
  • Capacité à voyager selon les besoins
  • Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide
  • Expérience de travail dans des environnements dynamiques
  • Connaissance des groupes motopropulseurs des véhicules électriques et des systèmes HT
  • Solides compétences en matière de coaching et de mentorat
  • Forte expérience en diagnostic
