Internship Term: Summer 2022
Rivian internships are experiences optimized for student candidates. To be eligible, you must be an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited program during the internship term with an expected graduation date of December 2022 or May/June 2023.

Customer Quality Team:
The Rivian Customer Quality team is tasked with continuously improving quality performance of our products after sale to customers. We are looking for a motivated intern to help shape our partnership with our outstanding supply base by helping to define, develop, and execute critical warranty procedures.
As a Customer Quality Intern, you will support the Rivian Enterprise Warranty team in all aspects of the Supplier Warranty Program including:
Establishing and executing procedures for supplier warranty part reviews and Partnership Ratio events at our Warranty Return Center in Normal, Illinois
Clearly document the procedures as graphical process flows and narratives
Identify and/or enhance data infrastructure and analytics requirements for the established procedures
Identify key stakeholders to be included in these activities along with time management expectations
Clearly communicate results of the part review activities to critical cross-functional stakeholders and to the suppliers through our supplier portal
