As a Sr. Visual Design Lead, you will be part of the Story and Product Immersion that is charged with creating engaging and functional experiences that inform the world of our brand, products, and mission. Those include Rivian.com, vehicle configuration, and all digital event/retail experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be working with the team to develop our end to end design direction working closely with brand partners and technology to explore what’s possible from interaction and motion design. Day to day you’ll be working with copywriters and user experience designers to explore new directions, create conceptual work and help our team take those concepts through to production. What you'll need:
UI/Interactive designer with 7+ years experience
Experience creating design concepts, and design languages as well as working within and stretching design systems
Experience working with UX designers, product managers and brand teams
Excellent visual design skills, including strong understanding of typography, color, iconography, illustration and composition.
Comfortable prototyping with motion
Ability to zoom out to the system and story and zoom in to the details
Comfortable leading and driving projects independently
