Represent Rivian’s interests globally in defined verticals with Fleet/B2B Fleet customers.
Develop and execute robust sales strategy to achieve vehicle sales plan.
Communicate effectively with buyers, fleet operators, decision makers, and other key contacts to clearly articulate Rivan’s value proposition in the competitive EV landscape.
Cultivate and develop customer relationships and advocate to internal stakeholders.
Identify key opportunities and winning tactics to maximize sales.
Partner with Revenue Operations and Customer Success teams to effectively negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to successfully secure deals and optimize customer health.
Provide insights and guidance to sales enablement and digital teams to create world class customer experience for fleet customers of all sizes.
Coordinate multi-category proposals for applicable customers when appropriate.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Undergraduate degree in technical discipline or business. MBA a plus.
10+ years of sales experience.
Demonstrated sales and negotiation ability.
High degree of financial acumen and understanding.
Understanding of automotive landscape including political, social, and legislative trends that shape customer behavior.
Knowledge of CRM.
Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
