As a Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics you will lead a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts that provide critical analysis and visualizations with massive amounts of vehicle and ADAS feature data to improve the Self-Driving team’s development cycles and algorithms.
Drive a data culture and solving multiple data use cases using vehicle and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) data
Work with Product Managers to understand the ADAS features, data generated by the features and convert it into insightful information
Lead a team of data visualization specialists to deliver actionable insights and dashboards.
Work with the data engineering team to put the right data infrastructure and models in place to support analytics
Mentor the analytics engineers to create effective dashboards and improve their business and data analysis skills
You should have a passion for data & providing business solutions using data analytics.
Strong leadership, planning, problem solving and communication skills.
10+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics
3+ years of experience managing & leading Data Scientists & Analytics Engineers
Strong SQL, Python, and Spark knowledge to create aggregates from large raw data sets
Strong background in using Python libraries
Experience in machine learning techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, Bayesian Optimization, etc.
Strong understanding of data warehouse, relational and columnar databases like Redshift, Snowflake.
Hands-on experience in creating dashboards in Tableau or equivalent tools.
Hands-on experience with AWS Services like Sagemaker, S3, Redshift, Glue
Experience with TensorFlow
