Provide liaison between DC Fast Charging (DCFC) production manufacturing and EPC (Electric Power Conversion) Product Engineering to ensure constant communication
Support production operation team to train assemblers and technicians
Support resolving issues from the DCFC production line with manufacturing team
Represent EPC Product Engineering in decision making on part deviation and non-conformance issues
Lead assembly plant quality issues related to power electronics features and drive them to closure
Conduct basic electrical testing of product to trouble shoot problems
Provide daily build status and captured issues from the production line
Responsible to resolve product design related issues by working with DREs
Participate in Problem Issue and Resolution Meetings
BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
Preferred of minimum 2 years of increasing responsibility at a manufacturing plant or product development
Proficient with 3D CAD Catia software
Experience with diagnostic tools and re-flashing software
Power electronics electrical testing experience with capable of trouble shooting desired
Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills
Strong emotional resilience and have a "can-do" approach to problem solving
Must be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to achieve results with minimal supervision and direction.
