Support the long and short-term financial forecast and budgets for Security spend at Rivian,
Consulting with and support the Security Programs’ scaling goals
Be a key strategic partner for the Rivian Finance team, integrating with financial management cadence
Collaborate with key stakeholders such as EH&S, HR, Employee Relations, Legal, Production, Logistics, and Facilities to share information and influence strategic decision-making
Design & prepare recurring reports and live dashboards for key data and metrics across the Security organization, driving transparency, efficiency and accountability
Support building out detailed bottoms-up financial models, managing the long-range plan of the Security Program,
Conducting ad-hoc research and business case modeling
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Finance
Finance experience within a large corporation preferred
Proven understanding of budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting
Proven track record of performance in demanding, fast moving environments
Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to also step back and see the big picture
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast paced, environment with imperfect data and little direction
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to adapt to different audiences
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
