The Team Lead, Workplace Services will be responsible for managing all repair and maintenance for all Normal locations. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to build a maintenance program from ground up and implement across multiple facilities. The Team Lead, Workplace Maintenance will report directly to the Manager, Workplace Services.
Develop and implement proactive CMMS maintenance program
Manage day to day building maintenance tasks and team
Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs for multiple facilities
Use data analysis to help prepare and prevent future problems
Present monthly maintenance reports
Manage budget and forecasting
Partner with the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure facilities are code compliant
Train supervisors and technicians to provide onsite support
Onboard and maintain vendor relationships
Manage inventory of spare parts for equipment
Partner with our project teams to plan and execute projects and provide systems input
Support special events
10+ years of facility maintenance experience
Facilities management or maintenance certifications preferred
Previous management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Proven superior attention to detail
Self-starter who is goal oriented, highly motivated and excels in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
