Responsibilities 

  • Service and maintain vehicle fleets 
  • Improve efficiency in service procedures without compromising quality and safety of the repair
  • Support campaigns, events, and containment initiatives in local area of Service Center
  • Work with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
  • Provide service support to the field to support the Service organization 
  • Go above and beyond for each and every customer
  • Support pre-delivery and delivery activities
  • Support Mobile Service as needed  

Qualifications 

  • Automotive Technology/Technician Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 3+ years of automotive experience 
  • EV/Hybrid knowledge is a plus
  • OEM Certified Master Technician is a plus
  • OEM Specific Technician Training is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of EV Powertrains and HV systems is a plus
  • Diagnostics experience is a plus
  • Written and communications skills
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Location Munich

  • Anfangs Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Erprobung von Vorserienfahrzeugen
  • Unterstützung verschiedener Teams der Organisation und Unterstützung bei der Herstellung der Vorserienfahrzeuge
  • Verbesserung der Effizienz von Serviceabläufen, ohne die Qualität und Sicherheit der Reparatur zu beeinträchtigen
  • Unterstützung bei Kampagnen und Produktverbesserungen
  •  Kollaborative Einstellung und Teamgeist in einem sich ständig verändernden, dynamischen Umfeld
  • Servicemaßnahmen, Diagnosen und jegliche Arbeiten an Kunden- und eigenen Fahrzeugen
  • Kundenorientiertes Arbeiten auf höchstem Niveau

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kraftfahrzeugmechatroniker (m/w/d)
  • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche
  • 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Umgang mit EV-Systemen
  • Weiterbildung als KFZ-Meister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d) ist ein Bonus
  •  Jegliche Fortbildung im Automobilbereich ist ein Bonus
  • Besitz einer gültigen EU-Fahrerlaubnis (Klasse B/BE)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem Start-up ist ein Bonus
  • Reisebereitschaft, wenn erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse über EV-Antriebsstränge und HV-Systeme
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Diagnose
  • Schriftliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Starke Organisationsfähigkeiten mit Liebe zum Detail
