Be amazing and curious
Develop and implement a Customer Duty Cycle for both business and consumer facing product groups, focusing on unique characteristics of the customer bases as needed,
Work with reliability and data analytics teams to collect an analyze data as required for the development of various duty cycles
Lead and organize a data collection (RLDA) efforts as required for correlation to actual use cases
Leverage cross functional working teams to compile, analyze and reduce road load data to improve correlation with real-world use cases
Collaborate with various teams to create a world class proving ground that matches the use cases defined
Develop both on and off-road vehicle level body/chassis accelerated durability cycles
Work with energy storage teams to develop various statistical models and determine vehicle use cases to enable robust energy storage solutions
Work with market research team to conduct surveys as required to inform the duty cycle creation
Determine and inform cross-functional teams on temperature, humidity, grade, etc. distributions
Grow the team as required to support product development plans
Minimum 10 years experience in automotive product development
Experienced in durability development, with some focus on customer correlation and duty cycle creation
Understanding of statistical methods
Experience in testing of components, systems and vehicles (road simulation and over-the-road)
Good knowledge of vehicle proving grounds and facilities in North America
Previous experience in product development with focus on vehicle durability
Strong leadership behaviors
Proven track record of ability to define, manage and delivered system level attributes
Degree Qualified in relevant engineering, or product design
