Technical Program Manager, Energy Management Systems

Work with Energy controls team to drive feature development through systems design, development, integration and validation.
Work with cross functional engineering teams and the program teams to establish program scope and deliverables, development schedules, milestones, dependencies (including resources and cost), validation plans, success criteria, track progress, and drive execution and issue resolution among the teams.
Conduct Sprint planning, daily scrum meetings and sprint retrospectives to improve workflows
Manage JIRA dashboards and Sprints/Kanban Boards to ensure that status of tickets are always up to date and dependencies are linked correctly
Drive deep dive meetings, conduct design and milestone reviews with Engineering and Management teams.
Provide weekly status reports to leadership team highlighting progress, top issues/risks, and next steps.
Provide timely escalation of issues, dependencies and risks impacting the program to the Management team.
Master's/Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
Minimum 2+ years of technical program management experience.
Technical program management experience in delivering new technologies and products, and in managing teams in matrix organizations and suppliers/customers across multiple locations.
Understanding of engineering and cost functions, SW development, validation, and release processes.
Must possess strong leadership/management skills and be a team player.
Proven ability to solve complex problems, work with ambiguity and be self-motivated.
Experience with implementing and refining new processes.
