Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

We operate development centers in Plymouth, Michigan; Southern California (Irvine, Carson & LA); Silicon Valley (San Jose and Palo Alto); Vancouver, British Columbia; and Surrey, England; as well as a manufacturing facility in Normal, Illinois.

  • Lead DevOps projects to expand process or tools for product testing into new parts of the business
  • Present strategy and plans to senior leaders in the business to ensure alignment on goals and direction
  • Coach business towards the best practices and lessons learned for product testing
  • Support communication of process changes effectively across the business
  • Support training of the business in the new process and tools for product testing
  • Support creation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for process improvements across Requirements, Testing, and Failure analysis
  • Support development of integrations between tools to improve business production

Qualifications:
