As a Sr. User Experience Strategist, you will help our Owner Journey design team identify, define and plan opportunities to enhance our end to end owner experience.
What you’ll be doing:
By developing insights and working with organization partners, you’ll work to move opportunities from problem through to solution and create definition for other teams to follow.
Day to day you’ll be gathering insights, working with business stakeholders, mapping out experiences and creating concepts that help build understanding and buy-in, working alongside other designers and product partners.
What you'll need:
UX or service designer/strategist Researcher with 5+ years experience
Strong principle driven practice
Understanding of User Experience processes and practices
Appreciation of the role of brand and design in product experiences
Familiarity and experience with multi-modal research methods
Familiarity working with analytics and data to generate insights
Comfortable leading strategy and story to create product solutions
