As a Senior User Experience Strategist, you will help our Owner Journey design team identify, define and plan opportunities to enhance our end to end owner experience through research, synthesis and collaboration with partners across the organization.
What you’ll be doing:
By running research activities, developing insights, and working with cross functional teams to determine strategic direction, you’ll establish the path that moves opportunities from problem through to solution.
Day to day you’ll be gathering insights, working with business stakeholders, mapping out experiences and creating concepts that help build understanding and buy-in, working alongside other designers and product partners.
What you'll need:
UX, service designer/strategist or researcher with 5+ years experience working within digital product spaces.
Strong principle driven practice
Understanding of User Experience processes and practices
Appreciation of the role of brand and design in product experiences
Familiarity and experience with multi-modal research methods
Familiarity working with analytics and data to generate insights
Comfortable leading strategy and story to drive innovative opportunities.
