Define system architecture of customer facing vehicle level features
Work closely with all stakeholders to clearly define and refine features
Be a feature champion: take ownership to ensure both end to end development/integration of features and overall success of features
Work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with teams across multiple engineering teams
Anticipate and identify risks, develop actionable mitigation strategies that sets up the team for success
Plan, create and maintain complex software schedules for multiple programs
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an engineering manager/director
Experience working on customer facing features
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile work environment
Passionate about fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
Demonstrated ability to hire and retain top engineering talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven leader who can take full ownership with proactive attitude
Excellent critical thinking and experienced in managing trade-offs when defining solutions
