Project management of tasks assigned in Jira and follow up with respective action owners and related supporting teams
Prompt and effective communication of status and actions to Product Delivery Team to execute and succeed
Issue tracking, corrective action implementations using JIRA and other tools
Interfacing effectively with Cross-Functional teams (i.e. Design Engineering, Supplier Quality, Program Management, Service/Manufacturing Engineering)
Familiarity of problem solving techniques (8D, fishbone, containment, root cause analysis, implementation, lessons learned)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology field or related work experience
1+ years automotive experience in program management
Good knowledge of program management process and tools such as JIRA, Confleunce, MS Project
Ability to maintain patience while dealing with details
Ability to work and communicate with cross functional teams
Understanding of automotive engineering release processes
