Develop best practices for manufacturing BOM and bill of process definition
Define critical attributes, ownership and authoring practices
Streamline change process for revising mBOM and bill of process
Provide requirements for IT developers to implement enhancements to PLM systems
Review and test PLM system updates
Communicate business process guidelines and lead training for new or enhanced functionality
Process or manufacturing engineering background
Ability to judge needs of organization over needs of individual teams
Strong leadership capability
Ability to think through issues logically, using first principles approach to problem solving
Ability to adjust and evaluate priorities as urgent issues arise
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of enterprise databases PLM, ERP, and MES
Understanding of configuration management
Process planning and Manufacturing Change Management experience
