The Senior Manager of Infrastructure Analytics will be responsible for analytics of our charging and energy solutions.
This is what you'll do:
- Drive team of data scientists and analysts to develop and maintain energy models to support needs of sales and deployment teams
- Support modeling and analytics needs of the other energy and charging teams including product management, project management, customer energy solutions, fleet solutions, networks, project development, deployment, service operations, and business operations
- Balance workload and incoming requests to ensure timely delivery of required support
- Manage high performing team that includes data scientists, energy analysts, and data visualization engineers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, digital commerce, communications, facilities, etc.
This is what you'll need:
- BS or MS in computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar field or experience
- 5 or more years of data science experience, time in management role preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Customer-first approach with a relentless passion to support our internal team and deliver
- Knowledge and understanding of energy storage and charging technology
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Experience delivering technology products/services/software in a high growth environment where priorities shift
- The ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences
