THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Become the in-house BlackLine expert and partner with the business to answer any technical, software, and accounting questions
Maintain the system on a day-to-day basis
Define plans and recommendations for future module or capability adoption
Design and execute implementation plans for future modules
Define and execute global training programs and ensure the programs are up to date
Define program to ensure all master data is managed effectively, including new users and record assignments
THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
BA/BS in Accounting
5+ years of experience in accounting
Extensive experience with BlackLine, including implementations and hyper care
Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to be adaptable to change, both big and small
Constant desire to learn and challenge others to find the best solution, not afraid of failure
Willing and able to define processes and refine their own role
Deadline oriented with the ability to work independently with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
