Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for finding the very best executive talent for the Go To Market team.
Establish and nurture meaningful relationships withcommercial leaders and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
Leave no stone unturned when it comes to sourcing, seeking out hidden gems in far flung corners.
Provide innovative, scalable solutions to meet our business objectives.
Expertly lead the recruiting process, delivering a first class candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers to take a long term approach to building out their organizations.
Qualifications
Proven track record in hiring senior executives across a variety of commercial functions
A passion to change the world!
Client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing avenues, and develop creative approaches to finding world class talent.
A natural ability to communicate, connect and build relationships
Sharp eye for detail and precision
