THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Manage Rivian’s corporate/non-consumer insurance programs through brokers and directly with insurance carriers
Analyze insurance needs by identifying risk exposures and classifying them to optimize coverage, costs and settlements
Responsible to develop and maintain Insurance policy
Innovate and develop best practices specific to the automotive and electrical vehicle space
Manage renewals and applications processes
Manage daily COI process including proactive vendor management and risk mitigation
Develop policies and procedures to meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements
Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
Create presentations and implement risk management policies to reduce company wide exposures
The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other departments within the company
THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor's degree
Broker relationship experience required
SOX experience required
Previous hands on experience managing corporate insurance program
Ensures that project / department milestones / goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Minimum 5 years experience in the related area
