Actively supports management in the execution of the launch, ramp ups, and production
Perform all End of Line repairs both light and heavy
Support cross functional teams and assist with pre-production vehicle builds.
Improve efficiency in repair / service procedures without compromising quality and safety of the repair.
Support cross functional teams with root cause analysis documentation of all repairs.
Support campaigns and containment initiatives
Work with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
Provide service support to the field to support the Service organization
Automotive Technology/Technician Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Software Diagnostics experience preferred
3 years of automotive experience preferred
EV experience is a plus
Ability to travel as needed
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Experience working in start-up environments is a plus
Knowledge of EV Powertrains and HV systems is a plus
Strong diagnostics experience
Strong written and communications skills
Ability to work 2nd shift
