We are looking for a Charging & Energy, Interoperability Manager who will ensure Rivian vehicles and charging equipment meet interoperability requirements. This manager will coordinate all activities related to interoperability working collaboratively across systems; Rivian Adventure Network, Fleets, etc. This is vital work that will deliver all customers a flawless charging experience.
This is what you’ll do:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (as well as 3rd party network operators) to lead and own, interoperability issues - all the way from root cause to implemented solution
- Maintain interoperability across the United States, Canada, and Europe
- Ensure flawless implementation of ISO 15118
- Apply EVSE business knowledge to solve complex issues surrounding charging network to charging network, charging station to charging network, physical charging interface, and vehicle grid)
This is what you’ll need:
- 3+ years of charging system interoperability experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical (Engineering, Math, Science) or equivalent experience
- Prior experience working with public charging networks
- Project Management experience
- Would be great to have Program Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict to solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems
- Strong interpersonal skills, resiliency, and ability to lead with data and action, not ego
