Role Summary
This position oversees projects under strategic initiatives that span across cross functional teams with the Strategic Operations organization with most being technical in nature; Analytics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics to name a few.
Responsibilities
·Oversee projects under strategic initiatives that span across cross functional teams with the Strategic Operations organization with most being technical in nature; Analytics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics to name a few
·Collaborate with all departmental functions across the company to ensure successful delivery of projects.
·Translate strategy into action, and oversee/manage the aspects of strategic initiatives which includes multiple ongoing projects in support of critical processes and technology
·Own project development process and support activities. This includes research, analysis, task management, meeting coordination, budgeting, socializing, tracking and iterating on project through completion.
·Establish KPI’s for projects, drive to green status, and communicate project status and risk to stakeholders
·Serve as the central coordinator between project participants using strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills to ensure projects progress on schedule and parties are appropriately informed and engaged
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering required. Masters preferred.
·Demonstrated experience in a technical field with proven project management examples Focus areas engineering, project management and business administration fields are preferred.
·Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow-up ahead of deadlines.
·High degree of professionalism with a strong sense of urgency to seek out answers to ambiguous problems.
·Proficiency in project management and Microsoft office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with both in-house and remote meeting room technology – Zoom preferred.
·Track record of maintaining confidentiality.
·Self-starter and constructive team-player with a passion for helping others.
·Cross-cultural experience and fluency in additional language(s) a plus
