Role Summary

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for repair and maintenance for Northern California Facilities. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our facilities team in Northern California as we continue to grow. The Building Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Sr. Workplace Operations Manager, NA-West Facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance program for NorCal facilities
  • Manage day to day building maintenance tasks
  • Respond to facility operation emergencies [power outage, pipe burst, thermal event, etc].
  • Present monthly maintenance reports
  • Work with the Sr Workplace Operations Manager to budget and forecast
  • Partner with the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure NorCal facilities are code compliant
  • Train and supervise NorCal technicians to provide onsite support
  • Onboard and maintain vendor relationships
  • Complete minor repairs throughout the NorCal Facilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management and workplace services 
  • Project management experience preferred 
  • A positive attitude  
  • Attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Bluebeam Revu 
  • A service-oriented personality, self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible 
  • Ability to be flexible and change practices that are not accomplishing needed results
