This position will responsible for delivery of program deliverables and vehicle level customer excellence targets
·Responsible for delivery of R1 program deliverables and vehicle level customer excellence targets
·Prioritize and drive cross-functional process and product improvement actions to deliver quality KPI’s
·Program lifecycle warranty return issue management and prioritization for problem solving
·Analyze quality (warranty, customer satisfaction) data and report investigation results
·Liaison between Rivian teams (Service, Manufacturing, Engineering, Reliability) to lead continuous quality improvements
·Lead workstreams necessary to meet both internal and external quality objectives
·Bachelor’s in Engineering, Masters preferred
·3+ years minimum relevant Quality experience
·Black Belt, CQE or equivalent certification desired
·Strong problem-solving capability with demonstrated leadership in driving quality improvements
·Knowledge of management/planning tools, quality tools, preventive and corrective actions
·Understanding of quality systems, methods, tools, standards, customer expectations
·Basic understanding of audit processes (planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and follow-up)
·Knowledge of AIAG (DFMEA, PFMEA) and related tools
·Willingness to work in a strong cross-functional and collaborative environment
