In this position you will plan and implement the enterprise-wide Quality Processes, data and information flow requirements needed to support the Quality Management System (QMS); drive exceptional quality in all aspects of the business.
·Aligning with RIVIAN IT strategy and plans, define requirements driven by Quality strategy and ensure data flow / data integration at the systems level across various areas of business.
·Develop and execute implementation plan, providing inputs to system architects that supports Quality strategic initiatives.
·Responsible to lead in support of organizational and team goals for critical business issues and long-term solutions; determine, track, and deliver key Quality and QMS implementation KPIs.
·Serve as a key communication link between quality teams including Mfg. Quality, Systems Quality, and IT to drive data driven robust problem solving.
·Lead Quality team processes and systems specific communication to IT team for current and future projects. Lead cross functional improvement projects. Verify system output and validate process compliance.
·Ensure ease of use and consistency within processes (information/data flow) and systems to deliver the requirements, lead data driven improvement and/or change in process.
·Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or related field.
·3 plus years’ experience in Manufacturing, Quality Systems and process background, including Advance Product Quality Planning, PPAP, Manufacturing and Launch Process, Warranty Management, Problem Solving (PPS/8D, DMAIC, Rivian 5), Lean methods, etc.
·Experience launching quality systems with cross-functional teams.
·Experience with Tableau or other data analytics tools.
·Experience with leading large-scale continuous improvement activities.
·Ability to manage multiple projects across varying geographic locations
·Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment
